At Euro Shoe House, we stand behind the quality of our products. Every pair of shoes we sell is backed by a 365-day quality guarantee and manufacturer warranty against defects.

• We guarantee that all of our footwear is free from manufacturing defects for one full year from the date of purchase.
  • If you experience a manufacturer defect within this timeframe, we will replace the item at our discretion after reviewing your claim.

Examples of Covered Defects Include:

-Soles splitting or separating from the upper

-A stitching defect that affects durability

-A structural failure of the shoe under normal wear conditions

Not Covered Under Warranty:

Normal wear and tear, including outsole wearing down

Damage from improper use, such as water exposure

Cuts, scratches, burns, or accidental damage

Shrinkage or warping due to excessive heat exposure

**Any other condition not listed, as determined at our sole discretion

How to File a Warranty Claim

If you believe your item has a manufacturer defect, please follow these steps:

1) Take clear photos of the defect.
2) Email info@euroshoehouse.com with the following:

Your order number or proof of purchase

A description of the issue

Photos of the defect

3) Our team will review your claim and notify you of the approval status.
4) If approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with a replacement.

Note:

• Warranty-covered items will be replaced at Euro Shoe House’s discretion. We do not offer refunds for warranty claims.
• Warranty claims are subject to approval and assessed on a case-by-case basis. This warranty only applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
• Products that have been altered, customized, or repaired by a third party are not eligible for warranty claims.
