We guarantee that all footwear purchased from Euro Shoe House is free from manufacturing defects for one full year from the date of purchase. If a defect appears during this period, we’ll offer a replacement or store credit—subject to approval—after reviewing your claim.
Examples of covered manufacturing defects include:
- Soles splitting or separating from the upper
- Stitching defects that affect durability
- Structural failure of the shoe under normal wear conditions
What’s Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by regular use or external factors, including:
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., worn-down soles)
- Water damage or exposure to moisture
- Cuts, scratches, burns, or accidental damage
- Shrinkage or warping from excessive heat
- Alterations, repairs, or modifications made by third parties
Euro Shoe House reserves the right to determine warranty eligibility at its sole discretion.
How to File a Warranty Claim
To submit a claim:
- Take clear photos of the defect.

Additional Details
- Warranty-covered items are replaced or credited at our discretion; refunds are not issued for warranty claims.
- If the original item is no longer available, a similar replacement or store credit will be offered.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping on warranty claims.
- This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
