All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day, excluding holidays. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

We work with major carriers including UPS, USPS, and FedEx. Shipping carriers are automatically selected based on your delivery location to ensure the most cost-effective and timely delivery. Carrier is dynamically selected based on location of delivery.
Shipping Rates

Free Standard Shipping is available for all orders of $100 or more within the United States.

Orders under $100 are charged a flat $10 standard shipping fee.

International shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout. Customers are responsible for all international shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes.

In-Store Pickup
We offer free in-store pickup from our Schaumburg, IL location. Most pickup orders are ready within 1 hour of purchase. You’ll receive an email as soon as your order is available for pickup.
Order Tracking
You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided in your order confirmation email. You may also view your order status at any time via our Customer Order Hub.
