You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packagin
- All original tags must be attached
- A receipt or proof of purchase is requiref
- Return requests must be approved before sending anything back
Items sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email us at info@euroshoehouse.com. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions based on your shipping location:
- For U.S. orders: You’ll receive a prepaid return shipping label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund total.
- For international orders: Customers are responsible for sourcing their own return shipping label and covering all return shipping costs.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2 business days.

Exchanges
To keep things simple and efficient, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size, style, or color, simply return your original item and place a new order at your convenience.
This approach helps us get you the right fit faster—without unnecessary delays.
Final Sale Items
All sale, discounted, or promotional items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
